Panamanian Constitutional Reform App
Independent Senators were chosen by the Panamanian public to make legislation and direct the country.
-- [Last updated in 2019] This application is no longer maintained.
For the first time since Panama's dictatorship, the country attempted to reform its Constitution.
Representatives from the Senate have been tasked to tour around the country to gather citizen's opinions. However, due to time and geographic limitations, it is virtually impossible to meet with every citizen.
Say hello to Panama's Constitutional Reform App
Independent Senators have joined forces and hired me to build an app that everyone can access through their phones.
Participa Panamá is a public participation tool enabling citizens to go through the entire Constitution, old and new, add in their feedback to each ammendment, and review the document in real-time for Senators to gather people's opinions.
