Ownership

The best teams I've worked with feel a high degree of ownership over the company's output.
When high ownership is there, teams feel connected to each other and their work. They have assertive leaders and a safe work environment to bring the best products to market.

Alignment

The most aligned teams I've worked with have a shared vision and clear goals provided by leadership.
Nothing else matters if we don't have momentum. Finding growth levers is the most important directive in a successful company.

Growth

Always learning, always evolving.

My best skills

01

Storytelling

"Engaging, clear, and energetic" is the feedback I usually get. Whether it's a keynote, tutorial, or weekly newsletter, I craft narratives that are relatable, insightful, and fun.

02

Curiosity

I follow my rabbit holes and enjoy turning this nerdy consumption into production. I ask (sometimes too many) questions and connect seemingly unrelated concepts.

03

Intellectual honesty

Only through being intellectually honest can we find solutions to our most challenging problems. I actively decouple my bias from what is objectively around us.

04

Fun

Because if we're spending most of our lives working anyway, it might as well be fun!

"Only action brings clarity."

Testimonials

Juliette is a true inspiration to anyone that comes across of her. An innate leader, a go-getter, she’s super passionate about code and an incredible force of power. She always has a hunger and motivation to keep on learning and growing, which is truly admirable. She can’t stop and won’t stop, the sky is truly the limit for her, and that is how you do it folks! Never lose that fire that keeps you going. Thank you for bringing a different perspective to this team, for inspiring other women to join the field and for being amazing team member. You simply rock!

Vanessa

I can't say enough about Juliette. Her beautiful personality andenthusiastic teaching were infectious. She was easy to approach for advice and assistance andwas more than happy to go over and over and over concepts with me. She was fantastic atunderstanding where I was lost or confused, often without me even knowing, and would bequick to articulate and explain or demonstrate in another technique that was more adapted tomy learning style.

Max

FAQs

What kind of consulting do you do?

I specialize in three main areas: software development, technical education design, and go-to-market strategy for developer tools.

My sweet spot is working with teams that need someone who understands both the technical architecture and business strategy, especially when it comes to crypto products or developer-focused tools.

I help entrepreneurs scope, architect, and scale their engineering teams. I diagnose and design developer experiences, educational curriculums, and go-to-market strategies.

What's your newsletter about?

Nerd Splash is my creative outlet to share insights I learn through my job.

I drive lessons from entrepreneurship, software engineering, developer experiences, crypto, investing, and designing the best learning experiences.

I'm interested in the Adult Camp! Are you organizing more events?

You're in luck. We have a few more Adult Camps in motion coming up for 2025. Join here to receive updates!

We realized the principles that made Adult Camp successful – authentic connection, intellectual discourse, and strategic play – inform much of my current work in developer communities, and have taken a strategic approach at launching more similar events.

I noticed you've lived in many places. Are you available for in-person work?

I primarily work remotely but am open to traveling for specific projects, speaking engagements, or workshops that align with my expertise.

Having that said - I've lived as a digital nomad for 7+ years and worked in countries on every continent, so I hold valuable relationships around the world. There's a high chance our lives will cross paths - reach out and let's connect!

Do you still teach?

While I've moved on from teaching full-time at Le Wagon, education remains central to my work.

I now focus on creating scalable technical education programs, particularly within the blockchain space. However, my experience teaching 200+ students across six countries informs how I approach developer education and documentation in my current projects and I'm always happy to upskill smaller teams to excellence.
